Adopt a Pet!

Pet of the week...

September 11, 2014
Minnie, impound 1075, still waits at BAC. She's a true people dog. Even though someone wasn't so nice to her in her past, she's still so forgiving and hopeful. Please share Minnie far and wide. She's been waiting since March and is declining in the shelter environment. She would do amazing in any home. If you are interested in Minnie, come down and meet her. It is the best way.

Bridgeport Animal Control is the largest and busiest shelter in the state of Connecticut. They are constantly over run with homeless animals. They have just about 80 runs and usually they are all full. Cats and Dogs find themselves cooped up in this shelter just waiting for someone to save them! The ACO's and kennel workers do their best to keep all of these animals happy and healthy but sometimes even the animals get depressed. Home life is the only life for a dog and kennel life takes its toll. Unfortunately,  rescues can only do so much and are in desperate need of  sponsorship of dogs, cats and donations for their medical care, food, toys and even sleeping. Please contact the information below and find out how you can help today!!!
